Start with an Inquiry
First things first: if you’re curious about working with us, start by inquiring about the matchmaking process. We keep our roster intentionally small so we can actually focus on each person (you’re not just a profile in a pile), so once we confirm there's room, you'll be invited to schedule a call.
A Conversation, Not an Interview
That call is a chance for us to get to know each other better — you’ll hear more about how it all works, and we’ll ask about you: what you’re looking for, what matters to you, and what makes someone a “yes” (or an “absolutely not”).
Joining the RWS Network
If everything feels aligned, you’ll pay a one-time fee to officially join the RWS network. From there, we start the real magic: finding people we think you'll genuinely connect with.
How Matches Happen
Here’s the part we love: every time we have a potential match for you, you’ll only pay a “match fee” if you're interested and the other person is fully down to meet you too. No awkward one-sided setups. No guesswork. Just mutual yeses.
Staying in the Network
Once you’re in, you’re in. We’ll keep looking on your behalf as long as you want us to — no monthly charges, no hidden costs, no exit fee when you find your person (cue the confetti). We're not here to make being single feel like a subscription service. We're here to make it feel exciting again.
