Our Philosophy
We believe dating should be intentional, fun, and human again.
That’s why RWS blends the energy of a modern social club with the intention of thoughtful matchmaking. It’s a space to meet potential partners, but also new friends, collaborators, and a community that sees single life as full, vibrant, and socially rich. No pity, no pressure; just curated experiences where connection, in all forms, comes naturally.
01. Private + personalized video sessions
Think of this as the warm introduction you wish your best friend could make. These video sessions give you access to curated clips of singles in your area so you can see and be seen, without swiping for hours or playing guessing games.
This is where your story meets real connection. We’ll meet in person for a relaxed, on-camera session - about 45 to 60 minutes of easy conversation. I’ll ask you a mix of unprompted, thoughtful and fun questions designed to bring out your personality, humor, and energy - the stuff that makes you you. Afterward, we’ll edit the footage into a two minute video that captures your essence. That video gets shared on my social pages and with other singles in my private network to connect with a wide audience - wherever they engage.
This isn’t a one-and-done kind of thing - your feature keeps working for you as the network grows and I continue to make intentional matches behind the scenes.
02. Dating Coaching
Whether you’re crafting the perfect dating profile, navigating the ups and downs of real-life dates, or want to boost your confidence with fun, personalized role-play exercises, my dating coaching sessions are designed to meet you where you are.
Together, we’ll:

Practice real-world scenarios using improv-style coaching, so you can feel relaxed, spontaneous, and ready to make a genuine connection on any first date.

03. Matchmaking
Join an exclusive network designed to connect you with truly compatible partners who are as excited to meet you as you are to meet them.
Here’s how it works:
You pay a one-time fee to join the network, and from there, we actively search for matches tailored to your preferences and values. When we identify a connection where both sides are 100% interested in meeting, you pay a match fee to be introduced - ensuring your time and energy are spent only on meaningful opportunities.
This thoughtful approach helps you avoid the frustration and expense of uncommitted connections, so you can focus on genuine, intentional dating
